Just a note about kettlebell training and (the best ever) trainer, Mr. James Wright. I am a ski instructor, hiker and boater. Being physically fit and avoiding injury is essential to my way of life. Kettlebell training is a full body conditioning, noticeable immediately after any training. I can actually feel the firmness of leg, arm and core muscles. James makes the training fun—we never have a dull routine! He is always challenging each individual—to make them better. If you have a physical goal, James has a plan to make it happen!

I have now attended your class about forty times and have had some one-on-one appointments also. The last five months doing this class have been incredible! I no longer worry about my weight and I no longer stress about having what it takes to do the class. Even though I am still learning and I need direction each time I attend, it is SO rewarding. Each class is different and each class has its own challenges. However, they push you to your limits in a good way. I have gained so much strength and I feel in the best shape of my life. Do I have a long way to go? You bet. But I am most definitely addicted to going and I hate the days I have to miss. In fact, I have been very persistent in asking if there will be more days offered. My goal is to do a minimum of three days per week. This has also been one of your recommendations for me.
Kettlebells are so incredible. You wouldn’t think by using just one or two bells, they would build so much muscle and strength. We not only use the kettlebell for warming up, but we use it for basic exercises of all types. The options are endless for building core strength and muscle tone.
James, I want to thank you for believing in me to change my thought pattern about my body. I want to thank you for your patience as I learn and your ability to always keep it fresh and challenging. I appreciate your encouragement during class and also your method of correcting me so I don’t injure myself. I am a young woman with ten years of gymnastics training and competition experience. I was always physically fit, but it was the “buff, masculine” type of fit. After gymnastics, I maintained an exercise routine, but never got my body to where I wanted it—until I met James and started working with kettlebells. It is a challenging workout, but James knows just the right amount to push you to keep you coming back for more. It’s also extremely motivational to be in class and see women twice my age swinging heavier bells!
Since I’ve started kettlebells, I’ve seen changes in my body that I’ve always wanted—I’ve become more lean, toned, and tight–all in the “feminine” way.
With James and his kettlebell program, there isn’t the monotony of getting to the gym and running on the treadmill for an hour. It’s always fun and something new every day, which is very refreshing.
