Start Strong with Proper Foundations
Before you dive into group training, we’ll guide you through 3–5 introductory kettlebell lessons designed to teach safe, effective movement. Kettlebells are unlike dumbbells or machines—because of their offset weight and ballistic motion, they require precision in alignment and control.
Our intro sessions help you build that foundation. You’ll learn the fundamentals of kettlebell swings, cleans, presses, and squats, plus the mobility drills that keep your joints healthy. With these basics, you’ll feel confident, capable, and ready for group or personal training.
